Decent value for bundles
I needed some new hair ties and saw they had a bundle deal for the Traceless Hair Rings. I got a few packs and the price per tie was much better than buying singles. It felt like a good deal overall. Quality products, could improve support
I placed an order for some Thick Hair Coils and a Knotted Headband. The coils are excellent; they hold my very thick hair securely without pulling, and I haven't noticed any breakage, which is a huge plus. The headband is also comfortable and well-made. My order arrived in 6 days, well-packaged. I did have a question about cleaning the headband, so I sent an email to customer service. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me, which was a bit slower than I hoped. The response was helpful once it came, but quicker communication would improve the experience. Still, the product quality is high.
Good hold, slow shipping
I ordered a few packs of the Slim Coils and some Matte Hair Clips. The coils work really well for my fine hair, no creases. The clips are sturdy too. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little long. Overall, pretty satisfied with the products.
